PRIZMA continuously monitors the level of client's satisfaction and their needs through market research. As global leader in field of social performances, PRIZMA participated in major research projects in social performances. Survey reports are given on attached sections (above).

As a result of these surveys PRIZMA developed revolutionary technique for measuring its impact on poverty reduction. Technique includes Score Card of Poverty, drop out rate and anticipating of potential credit risk. PRIZMA gained worldwide recognition for implementation of this technique, and was publicly praised by the largest and most notable microfinance institution GREMEEN BANK INTERNATIONAL, owned by Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate.
